Day One · Arrivals

Touchdown

Land, drop bags, find the screen.

3:00 PMVilla check-in. Oceanfront in Barra da Tijuca. Home base for the next five nights.
7:00 PMBrazil vs. Scotland. A Barra fan zone for the World Cup match. Caipirinhas, host nation, full house.
AfterBack to the villa to settle in.

Villa's yours at 3. Then Brazil v Scotland at a Barra fan zone, all of us in green and yellow. Nothing after the final whistle.

Day Two · Sugarloaf + Fogo

Above the City

Cable car up, sun going down, a DJ at the top.

2–3 PMSugarloaf, all of us. Cable car up over the bay to the sunset DJ party at the summit. A couple of surprises lined up too, kept quiet for now.
8:00 PMFogo de Chão, Botafogo. All 22 at one table, booked and locked. Churrasco carved to order, for as long as you keep the card flipped green.

Day Three · Boat Day

Boat Day

Five hours, one catamaran, all of us.

2–7 PMCatamaran, all of us aboard. Five hours on the water with a sound system, swim stops, and a sunset return. Skipper and fuel included.
9:00 PMSeparate ways. Boys and girls split for the night. Lapa for cocktails and dancing, Pedra do Sal for the open-air samba street party.

Day Four · Pool Party + Final Night

Pool Party

Pool at noon, still going at midnight.

12:00 PMPool party at the villa. Private bartender 1–4 PM on unlimited custom cocktails, the ocean a few steps away.
6:00 PMDinner at the villa. The reset before the last one.
8:30 PMGet ready, Colombia v Portugal. The match on at the villa while everyone gets going.
10:00 PMFinal night, all of us. The last hurrah, the whole group out together (Lapa or Samba dos Guimarães).

Day Five · Checkout + Beach

Last Day

No alarms. Checkout at 11.

11:00 AMPack up & check out. Cozies for the trip home, or a cute fit to tackle the day.
12:00 PMLunch spot. One last long table.
2:00 PMBeach, then Christ the Redeemer. Sand first, then up to the statue over the city. The Sunday-only Hippie Fair is on too. Open and flexible.
AfterOr stay on. Most of us are adding a few days.

EveryoneFree-for-all. Cozies for the trip home, or a cute fit to tackle the day.

Beach, Christ the Redeemer, the Hippie Fair if you're up for it. Loose by design, and most of us aren't leaving yet.

Getting around

Chauffeured all trip.

A private bus moves the whole group when we're together, and two vans when the girls and guys split for the night. Thursday through Saturday it's handled — no three-Uber scrambles, no waiting on a corner, no map standoffs at 1am.

Friday · 2–7 PM · On the water

Friday is five hours on the water.

A private catamaran, the whole group aboard, 2 to 7. Swim stops along the way, music running, the harbour at sunset on the way back. Skipper and fuel handled.
